The room was very spacious with a fridge & microwave.
Far from the falls, small water park, not very clean.

the spa was amazing.

liked everything.

It was a quick getaway for my husband and we had fun in the water park, like kids then went out on the town at night and even had an amazing massage at the spa! I would go again.

My children enjoyed the indoor water park.
The room was dirty, housekeeping was poor.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not clean when we arrived, and we were often forgotten when housekeeping made their daily rounds. We needed to call to have the room cleaned, to come back and empty trash. Definitely not worth the price. ...read more

Main reason to choose this hotel is for the waterpark, it is a good one for young children.
Restaurant food was just OK, service was below expectations, long waits, missing items, etc. Kitchen couldn't cope with volume.

The hotel is a good place for young children and families who want to make use of a waterpark. Not conveniently located to Clifton Hill but there is easy access to the bus line. Food is adequate but expensive for what you get. Service at restaurant could be improved.
